Dick Clark
1994

In 1994, Broadcast Pioneers member Jerry Blavat (aka: The Geator with the Heater) had a syndicated half-hour television program entitled, "Backstage with the Geator." On one of those shows, he spoke with Dick Clark who was in Hollywood.

In 1980, Dick was named Person of the Year by the Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia and in 1992 was inducted into our Hall of Fame.
